Panelworks Plus has over 23 years experience in design, sales and application of SIPs with strong emphasis on training of contractors and crews on jobsite. Extreme Panels, a family owned business, located in Cottonwood MN, has been manufacturing SIPs for over 10 years.

Product
Typical wall and roof panels consist of 7/16" OSB laminated on both sides of expanded polystyrene. Foundation and below grade panels use 5/8" treated plywood skins. Other products can be laminated for special applications.

One-Stop Shopping
Once you have your plan, we can give you an estimate on as much or as little of the job as you want. We will estimate the foundation, floor, walls, ridge beams, roof panels or rafters, plus the miscellaneous materials - everything that is needed to complete the structural shell.

Service
We take pride in providing the highest quality panels together with the best service available. Products have ICBO and NER code approvals, are third party monitored, and engineering can be provided for special products and applications. We will also assist you by working with your local building official, if required.

Once you have finalized your plan, we will give you a free estimate, breaking down each section (foundation, walls, and roof). We will also itemize the other required materials (gluelams, plates, splines, fasteners, adhesives and expandable foam, etc.) so you know exactly what is needed. Pre-cut window and door openings, as well as headers, are typically included with your panel package. Detailed panel assembly drawings are also provided.

Terms
When the contract is signed, we require a down payment of 1/3 of the total cost. The balance is due when the panels are delivered or picked up.

Freight
We have our own semi to deliver your panels. Our truck mounted forklift is available to safely unload your panels on site, if desired.
